Our Origins
Our journey into the world of wood-fired ovens begins with Nunzio Alfonso, a man of great vision and passion. After years of commitment and sacrifice, he decided to put the experience he had gained in the field to good use by dedicating himself to the design and production of wood-fired ovens. This led to the creation of the "Bazarnuele" company in Giammoro, a small town in the province of Messina, specializing in indirect cooking ovens, an innovation that quickly conquered the market.
Growth and Evolution
With the success of our cooking solutions, the need to expand production became increasingly pressing. This led us to move to a new and larger facility in the Giammoro Industrial Zone, a state-of-the-art plant that allowed us to make a significant leap in quality. With the acquisition of state-of-the-art machinery and the expansion of our team, NUNZIO ALFONSO S.R.L. was born, a modern company that brings together all production, logistics, and storage activities under one roof.
