The alfonso 10 Pizze is the new professional wood-fired oven ideal for those looking for large dimensions and maximum space in the cooking chamber. Its innovative cooktop design offers a much larger surface area than traditional ovens, allowing the preparation of as many as 10 pizzas. This oven is perfect for cooking a wide range of dishes, from pizzas to croutons and pretzels, using either direct cooking mode or direct heat.
It is perfectly suited to buffets, and is ideal for lovers for outdoor evenings. However, due to its versatility, it can also be used indoors. This oven is characterized by a domed roof in red painted steel and an interior made of AISI 430 steel. It is equipped with a door/lock and two pyrometers for precise temperature monitoring.
To ensure excellent thermal insulation, the cavities are insulated with two layers of 6 cm ceramic fibre with a density of 96 and 12 cm from Skamotec, located under the hob which is made of refractory bricks. With its robust design and advanced cooking capability, the Alfonso 10 PIZZAS is an ideal choice for those looking for a high-quality professional oven.

Ø Type of Cooking: This oven operates like a wood-fired oven with direct heat, which means that the wood burns directly in the cooking chamber, allowing for "open flame" cooking. This method offers authentic and intense cooking.
Ø Cooking Chamber: The cooking chamber is equipped with food-grade refractory bricks laid on the base, creating an excellent refractory hob on which to cook dishes in direct contact, such as pizza, bread and more. You can also place baking trays on this cooktop.

These features combine the traditional look of the wood-fired oven with the versatility of an advanced cooking chamber, ideal for preparing a wide range of dishes, including pizza and bread, with authentic, intense cooking.

This oven has been built with carefully designed measures to simplify the insertion of wood, as well as the insertion and extraction of food in a quick and practical way. The internal dimensions of the oven are as follows:

Inside our wood-fired ovens, you will find the best refractory brick as standard, known as the famous "EXTRA-HARD REFRACTORY BISCUIT," which is made with the finest mixtures of clays and volcanic sand, and has a thickness of 3 cm, making it particularly hard and resistant. The hob is made up of a series of these refractory biscuits laid on a honeycomb structure of Skamotec, a calcium silicate. This design ensures a constant and uniform temperature for cooking pizzas and provides exceptional thermal insulation for the bottom of the oven. These features ensure high-quality culinary performance.

Transport throughout Italy is FREE for ovens purchased with a bank transfer. In the event of a return, shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €150 within Italy. Transport is carried out by One Express. Delivery is made to the ground floor; any delivery services to upper floors or terraces or porter services are not provided.
For deliveries to smaller islands and remote areas, please send us a message from the site or an email to info@nunzioalfonso.it as there may be additional costs.
Please note that upon arrival of the order, the goods will be processed and prepared once payment is received. Generally, the order is prepared within 3 to a maximum of 10 working days.
If the ordered goods need to be delivered urgently, please specify this in the order.
RETURN TERMS
Alfonso Forni is confident that the products in the shop are excellent and of high quality, which is why we guarantee you the right to return the goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be sent to our warehouse, or if preferred, we can arrange for our courier to collect the goods, charging the return shipping costs.
