Il trasformatore per forni a legna Alfonso Forni è già fornito in dotazione nei modelli ventilati (gamma LUXOR) ed è necessario, oltre che per i modelli ventilati, anche degli altri forni a legna a cottura INDIRETTA che sono dotati di impianto di illuminazione (ovvero la luce in camera di cottura). Caratteristiche tecniche:
