CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS MODEL
The ALFONSO 4 PIZZE is a wood-fired oven with direct cooking or direct fire, perfect for your garden or for your kitchen, tavern, porch, outbuilding, patio! It is equipped with a dome roof in steel and painted in a dark brown colour, while internally it is made of AISI 430 Steel. Between the cavaties, steel and metal sheet, with an insulation of 30 of 96 density and Skamotec under the hob with refractory bricks. It's the perfect wood fired oven for every home and for all pizza lovers !
To satisfy customers looking for a good quality/price ratio, we offer this oven in a very simple version, which comes WITHOUT PYROMETER for the temperature and WITHOUT CLOSING DOOR to be placed in front of the oven mouth, 2 Optional accessories which instead are supplied in the models Full Optional.

DESCRIPTION
The main features of this model are:
- Wood-burning oven equipped with a dome roof in dark brown painted steel;
- Type of cooking: direct fire wood-burning oven, direct cooking (the wood burns in the cooking chamber and the dishes are "wood fired" cooked);
- Cooking chamber: equipped with food-grade refractory bricks placed on the base to form an excellent refractory cooking surface on which to cook dishes in direct contact such as pizza, bread, etc... and also to place trays;
STUDIED AND DESIGNED TO OPTIMIZE THE COOKING OF PIZZAS, BREAD AND OTHERS
This wood-burning oven has been built with carefully studied measures that facilitate the introduction of wood and the insertion and removal of food in a completely simple and fast way. The mouth of the oven, reduced almost to a minimum to avoid the dispersion of heat towards the outside in the best possible way, measures 40 cm in width and approximately 23 cm in height. The hopper (fume collection) measures 25 (H) x 53 (L) x 15 (D) cm, specifically designed to favor the oxygenation of the cave. Between the mouth of the kiln and the hopper is the fume emission hood, as in classic brick kilns. The hob is made of the best refractory bricks that we have only in Sicily, 2.2 cm thick and laid on a calcium silicate-Skamotec honeycomb structure: this allows a constant and homogeneous temperature of the pizzas, as well as very high insulation of the furnace floor.

In the photo above you can see a special hob inside the wood-burning oven: it's the famous EXTRA-HARD REFRACTORY BRICK! These are very resistant 3 cm thick refractory bricks, made with the best mixtures of clays and volcanic sand. These refractory bricks can be chosen by the customer at a small additional cost and will be inserted in place of the traditional 2.2 cm refractory bricks to give the wood-burning oven a very resistant hob that is difficult to crack and we recommend them to those who intend to use the oven wood-burning mainly for pizzas and bread, dishes for which the hob is mostly used. The EXTRA-HARD REFRACTORY BRICK is an Optional that goes to customize your wood oven; add it during the purchase together with your ALFONSO 4 PIZZE by visiting the OPTIONAL OVENS section or Click here ! You will receive the oven with the EXTRA-HARD REFRACTORY BRICK already assembled in the oven.

SPACIOUS UP TO 4 PIZZAS, VERY EASY TO USE!
The cooking chamber is large enough to cook up to 4 pizzas! For example, you can cook bread or pizza directly on the refractory surface and all the dishes you want in a pan, making the most of this beautiful and versatile wood-burning oven. The use is very simple: just use two pieces of wood and small sticks with the devil to put it into operation. Then you just have to wait for it to reach temperature and understanding it is very simple, because you just need to keep an eye on the flue: this, in fact, once the temperature of 450°/500°C is reached (which is reached only 5 minutes after having fired) , darkens just like in the ancient traditional wood-burning ovens with the bricks turning white! But you can also observe the temperature reached by the wood oven thanks to the pyrometer or thermometer, which is not inserted in this model but you can find it in the model ALFONSO 4 PIZZE FULL OPTIONAL.
To cook a good pizza, however, you also need the right accessories: this is why Alfonso Forni recommends adding to the purchase the KIT OF PEELS including the peel-holder bracket to be fixed to the wall (available with 4 peels: square peel, round peel shovel for embers and wood push shovel or with 6 shovels or complete with oven broom with brass bristles and round pizza stick, in addition to the 4 shovels already mentioned) and the FLAME BAR, a very useful accessory that contains the hearth in a side of the oven, helping to keep the firebrick hob clean.

FUMES EXHAUST OUTSIDE THE WOOD-BURNING OVEN CAVE
We have installed the flue outside and not inside: in this way the cave does not empty itself of the stored heat. Between the mouth of the kiln and the hopper is the fume emission hood, as in classic brick kilns. The smoke outlet has a diameter of 130 mm.

Transport throughout Italy is FREE for ovens purchased with a bank transfer. In the event of a return, shipping costs are borne by the customer and amount to €150 within Italy. Transport is carried out by One Express. Delivery is made to the ground floor; any delivery services to upper floors or terraces or porter services are not provided.
For deliveries to smaller islands and remote areas, please send us a message from the site or an email to info@nunzioalfonso.it as there may be additional costs.
Please note that upon arrival of the order, the goods will be processed and prepared once payment is received. Generally, the order is prepared within 3 to a maximum of 10 working days.

RETURN TERMS
Alfonso Forni is confident that the products in the shop are excellent and of high quality, which is why we guarantee you the right to return the goods within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Returns are the responsibility of the customer, and the goods must be sent to our warehouse, or if preferred, we can arrange for our courier to collect the goods, charging the return shipping costs.
